1. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Tariffs

All products sold by Kingsley Cars Ltd may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are imposed by the relevant customs authorities and are the full responsibility of the purchaser.

We do not accept any liability for these charges under any circumstances, nor for any delays or actions taken by customs authorities in connection with the delivery of your order.

2. Customer Responsibility for Payment of Fees

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and associated handling fees are paid in full and on time. Failure to do so may result in the goods being delayed, returned to us, or destroyed by the relevant customs authorities.

Kingsley Cars Ltd bears no responsibility for such outcomes.

3. Returns Due to Non-Payment of Customs Fees

In the event that an order is returned to us due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or any other applicable fees:

• Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Returned goods will not be eligible for a refund.
• Should the customer wish to have the goods re-dispatched, all return shipping costs, new carriage charges, and any outstanding customs fees must be settled in full prior to re-shipment.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Kingsley Cars Ltd, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
